We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Considering the risks associated with track cycling riding or racing, we can not accept returns for any items that have been installed on the bike. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with a Frame set return.

To start a return, you can contact us by filling the contact form. Please Title your message with ''return'' and add the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, If you have pre-ordered a Frame set, Trackloft will not be able to accept a return before evaluating your request. Every request will be treated on a case by case basis. Our main goal is to get people riding their bike on a Velodrome and be happy about it. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us and we will try our best to solve the issue in the shortest delay possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Although we are aware of this regulation, we can not take returns and refund europeans buyers for frame set purchases. 
Considering the huge cost associated with shipping a frame set to Europe, we believe it makes more sense for all parties involved to find another solution.
