Digirit Industry Co., Ltd. warrants their products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after original purchase date to original owner. Product life expectancy depends on factors like frequency of use, environmental conditions and intended use.

Vision Wheels Crash replacement program
Accidents happen, we all know it. If you purchased Wheels from us, and unfortunately were involved in a crash; FSA / Vision offers a crash replacement option for the original buyer.
This allows you to purchase a replacement wheelset at retail -30%.
-You will need to present your proof of purchase.

Chains and Cogs
Chains and cogs are wear and tear items that are not covered by any manufacturing warranty unless they are brand new in packaging.
In most, if not all cases, we will inspect those items before sending them to you.
Shimano
All warranty claims on Shimano products must be filed by your (physical) local bike shop.
Please present your proof of purchase and they will take care of you.
